Terms of Service
Projects begin once a 50% deposit is received, with the remaining balance due at launch. Deliverables, timeline, and revision rounds are agreed in writing before work starts. Scope beyond the agreed proposal may incur additional fees, quoted in advance. LeadHouse retains the right to feature completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Refund Policy
The initial mockup is provided free of charge. Once a project begins, the deposit reserves your slot and covers initial work; deposits are non-refundable once design work has commenced. If you're unsatisfied during the review stage, we'll work to make it right within the agreed revision rounds. For questions about a specific project, contact us directly.
